I stayed at the hotel due to its proximity to the Cleveland Clinic surgical unit. The rooms were roomy and attached, ready but needed inspection. The service was friendly and helpful, especially the valet attendant. The location was very convenient for my clinic visits. The dining experience offered fresh fruit and pastries. Overall, a good choice for those needing easy access to the clinic.
The hotel was good, with a separate room for the bed, but I found it to be extremely warm even though the thermostat was set lower. Just wished the beds were a bit more comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. On the downside, the room over the roof was not very comfortable as it was extremely warm despite setting the thermostat lower.
